Hello and welcome! I am a trauma informed psychotherapist licensed in both California and Utah. I focus on a humanistic approach and have formal training in both EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) and CPT (Cognitive Processing Therapy). I believe in and enjoy helping clients find their free will and potential, and work through self discovery. Oftentimes we don't understand how our experiences impact our view of the world and we do our best to cope with the tools we've been given. I aim to help my clients learn new coping skills, both individually and in relationships. I assist clients to uncover and work through big and "seemingly" small traumas. I value a collaborative therapeutic relationship and will work to help you where you are and to get you to where you want to be. As the name of my practice hints, I want to help you develop your Future Self where you are the creator of your story.
